
I offer gentle yoga, chair yoga, and monthly deep rest classes for women, as well as nurturing sound baths that invite you to slow down, notice your body, and create space to pause.
My classes are especially supportive for beginners, those with limited mobility, recovering from illness or injury, or anyone feeling tense, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their body.
You'll be guided in a calm, small group, nurturing environment, where you can move at your own pace and simply notice how your body and mind respond.
I also offer occasional wellness afternoons combining sound bath, yoga, rest, and mindful activities throughout the year.

Deep Rest for Women
A monthly, mostly still, floor-based practice using supported positions, gentle breathing, and meditation — helping to release tension, gently open the body, and rest deeply.
